Ramadan does not begin with fasting — it begins with Readiness.
From Breath to Form – Growing with Sourdough is a wholesome, nature-rooted gathering held at Mazaraa, offering a gentle and embodied way to prepare for the month ahead. Through grounding breath practice, conscious nourishment, hands-on sourdough making, and time on the land, participants are invited to slow down and prepare inwardly — in rhythm with nature and community.
This is not a baking class.
It is a preparation of the heart, held through the hands.
